What is a prefabricated hangar?
Prefabricated INSI buildings are frame-based buildings for industrial, commercial purposes and warehousing, whose structural characteristics make it possible to erect them at any time of the year with minimal expenses on foundations, assembly and transportation.
INSI offers several ready-to-use solutions for prefabricated hangars based on galvanized profile or ferrous metal frames, available in several enclosure options.
Prefab building types:
- SPRINT-M (single span)
- VELIKAN (single span)
- ISPOLIN (multispan)
The most suitable structural solution is chosen against intended application, required dimensions and estimated loads. For smaller than 18-m span buildings frame elements are manufactured of light-gauge galvanized steel profiles (“SPRINT-M”), which reduces the overall building weight by 25-30% compared with ferrous metal buildings (VELIKAN, ISPOLIN).
Prefabricated INSI buildings mean:
- Full-set delivery;
- Unlimited length;
- Multispan option;
- 6-12 m height;
- suitability for any climatic region (from -50°С to +50°С);
- insulated and non-insulated options;
INSI prefab buildings can be applied as:
- Logistics complexes
- Garages, parking lots
- Agricultural buildings
- Expo centers, etc.
Advantages of prefabricated buildings:
- Low cost
- Time-efficient delivery
- Quick and simple assembly
- Short pay-back period
- Bolt connections (SPRINT-M)
- No inflammable constructional elements
- High-quality, durable anti-corrosion protection (zinc coating in SPRINT-M buildings)
INSI industrial and commercial buildings can now be found all over Russia (from Krasnodar Region to Vladivostok and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) and CIS countries.
